Rye Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout | 13% ABV | Mexican & Madagascar Vanilla Beans
This beer began with a complex chocolate forward grain bill, a super long boil and ferment coaxed to finish nice and thick with tons of sweetness. After that, in order to round out the edges and mature, it was laid to rest for 14 months in a rye bourbon barrel hand picked by the homies @stavesandgrain. Finally it was conditioned in stainless for a month on 3 lbs per bbl of Madagascar and Mexican vanilla beans from the best in the biz @vanillasoftheworld.
