Grisette | 4.1% | Wakatu
Digging into some deep Belgian b-sides, this hyper bubbly grisette was cooked up with our local buddies at Oakflower Brewing Company. German pilsner and a heap of malted wheat make up the base, while a dry hop of Wakatu tickles the top end. Smells like lemongrass and dandelions drizzled with honey, tastes like a lemon-lime spritzer with a side of clove dusted shredded wheat.
