Spin dials, turn knobs, insert new hops into the skull. Pours down like honey. These two hops are drawn to each other, we are but providers of a hazy vessel. Very excited to experiment w/ Mackinac hops out of the @greatlakeshops breeding program. All Mackinac in the boil as well as the dry hop, joined by Citra. Smoothy orangey satisfaction saturating beak, jowl and gullet. Beautiful vibrant charge of meyer lemon and orange candy married with the lovely mango jam and grassy flavors we get from our beloved Citra. Very soft. Very drinkable.
